I have to say I did not know about Zamzar before. This converting program is very easy to use and I am sure that it will help some of our customers to convert their files to different formats. In this exercise I converted a word document to PDF in just a few seconds. Yuuuupi!

Oh YAY! Very pleased to read that your experience of Zamzar was a positive one. It's had a few mixed reactions and, depending on when you catch it, it can be quick...or painful :) Well done! That's week 2 complete.
